Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using any mobile application (the "Service") operated by Feast Games, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. The information found on the Service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan selected.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your Apple ID (for iOS apps) or Google Play Account (for Android apps).

Free Trial

We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter billing information when signing up. If you do, you will not be charged until the Free Trial ends. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless canceled, you will be charged the applicable Subscription fee.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time.

Fee Changes

Feast Games, LLC may modify Subscription fees at any time. Changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice so you can cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes agreement to pay the modified fee.

Refunds

Except where required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual PropertyT

he Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Feast Games, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service.

Certain provisions, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limitations, will survive termination.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feast Games, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Feast Games, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your access to or use of the Service;

  • Any third-party conduct on the Service;

  • Any content obtained from the Service;

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses.

Exclusions

Some jurisdictions, including California, may not allow limitations on certain warranties or liabilities. To the extent applicable law prohibits these limitations, they may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
